Terms and conditions
This document sets out your rights and obligations, and those of the DIBB, in relation to your purchase of products and services through this site. Statutory rights are not affected. By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.
All drawings, pictures, descriptive matter, specifications contained are issued for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them.
Orders and availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Pricing of products are correct at the time of appearing on the web site but we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. This will not affect any order you have made prior to any such changes.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the DIBB website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, the DIBB will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, the DIBB will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card \ debit card for the goods by the same means that the sum was paid to us.
All available items are despatched usually within 1-3 working days, but in busy periods this time can not be guaranteed.
If order is paid for via cheque then the order will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared.
The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock the DIBB will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Orders will be processed in the order that they are received. We are unable to let an order jump the queue if marked urgent as this is unfair on customers who have previously made their orders.
We do not offer a back order service, so if we are out of stock of an item you will have to order it again when the item comes back in stock.
Your undertakings and warranties
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and correct. Specifically, name, your billing/shipping address/addresses, e-mail address, and telephone number must be accurate.
Payment
All Prices shown in our shop include VAT. Your invoice will show the VAT element.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We do not accept payment by cash, or any method not listed specifically at the the DIBB shop web site.
You must ensure that you are fully entitled to use the card \ account at the time when you provide those details within the the DIBB Shop, and that when you use the card, the card has available funds to cover all charges incurred on it in the course of buying from us.
You must be able legally to enter into contracts for goods and services that you may buy here.
Payment for the goods can be made by any method shown on the DIBB website at the time you place your order.
All Transactions must be in Pounds Sterling.
Payment is accepted by Paypal, Credit \ Debit Card (through paypal gateway).
Safe shopping
the DIBB places great importance on maintaining the security of the information that you provide and for this reason we use advanced Internet security system to safeguard your data. All the data that you send through, including your credit/debit card number and name and address, is encrypted and converted into code before it is transmitted across the Internet, this is done by the PayPal secure gateway.
Purchase of Products
the DIBB reserves the right, in our absolute discretion, to refuse to sell to any person and we shall not be required to give any reasons for such refusal.
Misuse of the the DIBB site
the DIBB reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account which, is, or appears to us, in our absolute discretion, to be, in breach of any of the provisions of this agreement.
Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
Force majeure
the DIBB shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and the DIBB shall be governed by English Law and you and the DIBB submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. |
