Deliveries
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
Every reasonable effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. Any dates specified for delivery of the goods are intended to be an estimate and times of delivery are to be used as a guideline only.
Postage rate for all UK orders is just 90p
Orders outside of mainland UK* will be charged shipping at cost. Please contact us before placing your order

Please note that Parcelforce & Royal Mail do not accept requests to leave packages with neighbours etc.
(*Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Highlands & Islands of Scotland & certain postcode areas** are considered outside of mainland UK and are charged postage at cost should actual postage exceed the standard charge on your order. Heavier packages may need to be despatched via Parcelforce to these destinations in which case the charges will be at cost
**Postcode areas affected are BT, IM, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, TR21-25, ZE
Returns
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from the DIBB shop. With prior authorization and within 7 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any item you purchased from the DIBB in its original condition, for a free replacement or a full refund (we will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).
To obtain prior authorization, you must e-mail returns@x3internetsolutions.co.uk before making the return with the following details to order for us to authorise a return:
Order number, together with your first and last name
Item(s) you want to return
Specify reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, received duplicate item, quality of item not as expected, etc.
Specify what action you would like us to take (replacement or refund?)
Wait for a member of our team to e-mail you instructions regarding replacement or refund. Once we have received the returned goods, we will contact you by e-mail of your refund with a progress report.
If a replacement is necessary due to an error on our part we will reship it to you at no additional cost. If the Item to be replaced is not due to our error, we will charge you for shipping costs.
If you request a refund, and the return is properly authorized, we will credit the same card/account used for payment within 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
