Aviana is an all-villa resort in the midst of fabulous golf courses such as Championsgate, Providence and Reunion and just minutes away from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. The community, constructed in 2006, is set in a tropical paradise and offers space, privacy and a tranquil environment for your enjoyment and relaxation during your vacation. Aviana Resort is located south of the 192 on the US 17/92, and has easy access to the popular park areas and to the I4 Junction 58, so making it ideal for trips to either the Gulf or Atlantic Coasts.



The resort boasts an impressive 6500 sq ft clubhouse overlooking a communal pool and spa with a large terrace area providing ample space for those who wish to relax on chairs and loungers whilst others play... and as well as the water areas, the clubhouse contains a fitness suite, fully equipped IT Suite, large lounge and kitchen areas and younger guests can be entertained with a whitesand volleyball court, a toddlers play area and also a putting green for the young or old budding golfers. Guests are also welcome to fish in the resort lake on a catch and return basis.

Situated in the centre of the Clubhouse, you are able to view and collect up to date tourist information and literature, and the friendly knowledgeable staff will ensure that any of your questions can be answered.

The grounds of the resort are constantly maintained providing manicured lawns, neat pathways and clean uncluttered roads. With access to the resort restricted by coded gates, and speed limits at a minimum, the safety of guests and the public is enhanced.

Aviana is ideal for all... whether you're there for the Parks, for golf, or just to experience the Florida lifestyle, its an ideal place to stay. It's close enough to the parks to allow a return to the villas during the day for some relaxation, before heading out later in the day for parades, fireworks and evening entertainment.
