Big Cat Rescue is a wildlife sanctuary near Tampa specialising in big cats. Its NOT a zoo and can only be visited at predefined tour times. It has a wide selection of big cats; there is even a Liger.

Nothing is guaranteed for your visit, but it makes a fantastic few hours out, and you get pretty close to the cats.

They are closed on Thursdays.

They offer guided tours on M,T,W,F at 3:00 p.m. for adults and children 10 and over.
These are walking tours and take about an hour and a half

On Saturday & Sunday they offer tours at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. for adults and children 10 and over.

These are walking tours and take about an hour and a half and the cost is $25.00 per person.
For all other times they offer more expensive Private Tours.

Big Cat Rescue is located in Tampa, Florida.
15 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 25 minutes from the St. Petersburg Municipal Airport. They are approximately one hour and 15 minutes from Orlando and Walt Disney World and are only 9 miles from Busch Gardens.
