Boma

The Boma Restaurant at Disney`s Animal Kingdom lodge is located on the ground floor of the hotel near the resort pool area.

Boma is a family-friendly buffet-style restaurant serving breakfast from 7-30am to 11am and dinner from 4-30pm to 10pm.

The restaurant is designed to resemble an African themed marketplace and in true Disney fashion makes the spirit of Africa come alive.

For breakfast you can choose from a 45 plus choice buffet and if you are looking for something different then maybe you can try the Corn Beef Boboti alongside the usual breakfast favourites.

In the evening watch the restaurant come alive as Boma`s chefs prepare the food from a wood burning rotisserie the food is still served in buffet style but is laid out in separate pods and there are plenty of chefs around to answer any question you may have about the wonderful selection on offer.

Experiment and enjoy the varied flavours and seasonal dishes of over 50 African countries, from the coast of the Mediterranean to the Indian Ocean.

The dishes may include signature vegetarian selections, traditional dishes, fire-grilled meats, seafood, soups, salads, and desserts.
