Disney's Pop Century Resort is one of five "Value" resorts at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando Florida. The resorts overall theme is American popular culture from the 1950's to the 1990's and has the largest capacity of any Disney resort with 2880 guest rooms.

The resort consists of 10 four-story buildings where guest rooms are situated, one central building named "Classic Hall" and three swimming pools including the main flower- shaped "Hippy Dippy Pool".

The guest room buildings feature whimsical designs tailored to the decade they represent and include larger than life models such as Rubik's cubes, bowling pins and favourite Disney characters.

"Classic Hall" can be found in the centre of the resort adjacent to the "Hippy Dippy Pool". Here guests can find check-in/check-out services, concierge, a large arcade and the Everything Pop shop and quick service restaurant complex. Transportation to WDW theme parks and Downtown Disney can be found outside the front of Classic Hall and are not shared with any other resort. Buses depart approximately every 20 minutes and are accessible to guests using wheelchairs and motorised scooters.

The Everything Pop quick service restaurant is open from 6am until midnight and serve a wide variety of offerings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Disney Dining Plan is accepted here and options range from asian cuisine to traditional american food. Guests can also purchase and use their refillable mugs here for the duration of their stay.


Guests can now walk to the new Art of Animation Resort via Generation Bridge found opposite the Hippy Dippy pool. However, Pop Century Resort guests are not permitted to use the swimming pools located at the Art of Animation Resort but are welcome to use the shop and quick service restaurant.

Taxis, theme park shuttles, Disney Cruise Line buses and Disney's Magical Express can be found outside of the main check-in area. The concierge service can assist guests in making reservations and bookings for various transport options if required.

Can I get free wifi at Pop?
Yes, wifi is now free in all Disney resorts, currently internet is available for an additional £10 per 24 hours and is supplied through an internet cable which can be found in the closet area if you wish to use a wired connection.

Where can I purchase stamps and mail letters?
Stamps may be purchased in Everything Pop shopping & dining. A mailbox is located near the telephones in the Resort lobby.

Can I take advantage of Magical Express?
Yes you can, this is a perk for all Disney resorts guests.

What time is check-in and check-out?
You can check-in from any time but your room will become available at 3pm. You can ask reception to arrange for your bags to be delivered to your room once its ready should you wish to visit a theme park.

Check-out is at 11am

Express check-out is also available if you add a credit card to your account. If you have purchases left at the end of your stay an itemised bill will be posted to your room on the morning of your departure. There is no need to visit front desk – its all automatic!

Can I take advantage of Extra Magic Hours?
Yes! All guests staying at a Disney Resort can take advantage of this magical extra time. Extra Morning Hours allow the theme park to open an hour earlier for you to enjoy and Extra Evening Hours can be enjoyed for up to 3 hours after the park closes to regular theme park guests.

Where is the transportation to the parks?
Buses depart every 20 minutes from the front of Century Hall. Disney’s Pop Century offers direct routes to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon and Downtown Disney.

Where can I get additional resort information while I am on holiday?
Tune in to channel 20 on your in-room tv for daily resort information and activities.
