Dumbo The Flying Elephant

Fly along with Dumbo as he discovers his ability to soar using his oversized ears. Take your own spin around the circus ring as you control how high or low to fly. This endearing attraction is certain to elicit nostalgic smiles from children of all ages who encounter its warm charms.

Hop aboard Dumbo-themed gondolas and take off into the sky above Magic Kingdom theme park to soar with Dumbo as he discovers his ability to fly.

During your aerial adventure around the circus, manoeuver the easy-to-handle joystick inside your Dumbo gondola up or down to control just how high or how low you want to go.

This popular attraction features jovial circus music, led by a band organ, and includes Dumbo's faithful friend, Timothy Mouse, atop a decorative hot-air balloon at the center of the attraction.

Dumbo The Flying Elephant is inspired by the title character from the 1941 Disney animated motion picture. Now you too can fly like Dumbo!

There are two Dumbo rides, one going clockwise and the other going anti-clockwise.

There are two separate lines, Standby and Fastpass

The distribution Fastpass kiosks are located at Mickey’s Philharmagic in central Fantasyland. The Fastpass riders will return directly to the Dumbo loading area while standby riders will enter a longer queue, and new interior interactive tent queue experience.

Both Fastpass and Standby enter the tent from the sides. The standby line has a couple switchbacks, enters the play portion of the tent and then exits the play area when it’s time to fly, here the line merges with the Fastpass line where both lines could be sent to either dumbo.

The standby line enters an innovative queue area: Guests arrive at Dumbo’s big top and receive a circus ticket pager that virtually holds their place and notifies them when it’s their turn to board the attraction. Kids (and kids of all ages) can then become part of the show inside the tent by enjoying circus-themed play experiences, while Dumbo flies high above.
