Each home is individually owned and the furnishings and décor were personally designed and chosen by the homeowner, so no two homes are alike. Each of the homes also has the luxury of a private pool, some also have a hot tub or spa.

Highgate Park is conveniently situated close to all the major theme parks, shops and restaurants, the road system allows easy access to either the Gulf or the Atlantic coasts with beautiful beaches and the chance to explore the whole of Florida.

We have a communal tennis court and a “Tot Lot “ with swings, climbing frames and various play things for the little ones.
