Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge

The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge is located between Sunset Boulevard and the Animation Courtyard in Disney's Hollywood Studios. For guests who enjoy the delights of an upscale premium food and wine experience, then this is the place to visit.

This brand new Lounge is the latest addition to the Hollywood Brown Derby Restaurant having only just officially opened it doors to the general public on the 30th October 2013.

The Patio Lounge is located at the front of the restaurant and has an entrance next to the Starring Rolls Cafe. It is the perfect spot to relax with a cocktail or two whilst watching the rest of the world pass by. Unfortunately reservations are not available, so tables are offered on a first come first served basis. It offers comfortable outdoor seating under the shade of large umbrellas and has indoor seating too.

As with the Hollywood Brown Derby you can expect first class food to be on menu, here they have beautifully presented small plate tapas style dishes on offer. Choose from Duck Confit Tacos, Derby Sliders, Prince Edward Island Mussels, The Derby Cocktail and Artisanal Cheeses. For those who would like to share they have a board of Artisanal Cheeses and Charcuterie which has an assortment of cheeses along with salami, calabrese, chorizo picanto, salami toscano, duck rillette, proscuito and faux gras chicken terrine.

If you fancy a dessert, there's the Strawberry Champagne Cheesecake, a Banana-White Chocolate Toffee Tower or be tempted by the Chocolate Three Ways, comprising of praline milk chocolate cream, orange chocolate mousse with a crunchy ganache.

As well as Speciality Cocktails being on the menu they also give you the chance to sample something a little different, there are a selection of Martini Flights, Margarita Flights, Wine Flights, Scotch Flights and Grand Marnier Flights to choose from.
