Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano

Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano is located behind star Tours and Muppet 3D in the Backlot at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Come and enjoy the cozy atmosphere at this authentic Italian Restaurant for lunch or dinner service.

The large restaurant is sectioned into smaller area's, divided by colourful gingham chequered curtains. The ceilings and walls are heavily adorned with decorations and pictures.

It offers tempting traditional Italian cuisine, why not share a platter of Mama's Antipasto as an appetiser. The restaurant is well known for it's speciality flatbreads that are cooked to perfection in the wood burning ovens.

Try Mama Melrose's signature pasta dish of 'Chicken alla Parmigiana', a Breaded Chicken Breast with Marinara Sauce topped with Melted Mozzarella over Spaghetti. Entrees also include dishes of wood-grilled fish and Charred Strip Steak served with a Five-Cheese Baked Macaroni, Aged Balsamic-Shallot Butter and Chianti Wine Reduction.

And be sure not to miss Mama's own dessert selections, featuring Seasonal Panna Cotta, Tiramisu Semifreddo and Chocolate Cannoli Cake, Chocolate Amarettini Cheesecake and Gelato.

As well as the great selection of Italian Wines there are some tempting Speciality Cocktails on offer, try traditional Sangria, Bellini, Magical Star, Italian Surfer or Mama's Margarita.
