Regal Oaks at Old Town is a townhouse community in landscaped grounds immediately behind Old Town Kissimmee on the edge of a forested conservation area within 3 miles east of Disney's main gate.

The town of Celebration is a few minutes drive away.

The resort has a pool with lazy river located by a small lake.

Although Regal Oaks does not have an onsite bar and restaurant at this time, the close proximity to Old Town (within 5 minutes walk) and Hwy 192 (within 10 minutes walk) provides a varied selection of both.

In addition, Old Town, Fun Spot USA (next to Old Town) and Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf (a short walk along Hwy 192) provide alternative entertainment or activities either after, or instead of, a day at the parks.

A Publix supermarket on Hwy 192 is 10 minutes walk for groceries and provisions.

Located close to I4 and other major routes, travelling to and returning from all Orlando destinations is easy to and from Regal Oaks.

Staying at Regal Oaks means you don't have to worry about parking on cruise nights - you can walk.
