Sharks Underwater Grill

The Sharks Underwater Grill is located inside the Sharks Encounter attraction and is open daily for Lunch and Dinner Service.

The restaurant offers guests an upscale fine-dining experience, along with an amazing first class view of the Park's sharks up-close. It has received the '2013 Silver Spoon Award' and has 'Outstanding Ratings' in the Zagat 2014 Orlando Restaurant Survey.

Surrounded by the huge aquarium, guests can sit back and enjoy the relaxing tranquil ambience that comes from watching sharks and fish as they mesmerisingly float past, whilst dining on dishes of succulent seafood and meat.

Begin with appetisers of Lobster Bisque, Coconut Shrimp, Braised Beef Short Rib Ravioli, Bruschetta, Potato Gnocchi Casserole or Florida Cobb Salad.

Enjoy mouthwatering Entrees of Filet Mignon, Coquille Saint-Jacques, Pork Osso Busso, Tempura Shrimp or Pan-seared Chicken to name a few.

To complete your meal, the menu offers a few delicious desserts. There's Banana Creme Brûlée, Tiramisu, Loaded Brownie Sundae and Chocolate Marquise to choose from.

Children are also catered for, with dishes of Pasta Marinara, Mac and Cheese, Jumbo Grilled Hot Dog, Shark's Chicken Tenders or a kid's Steak Kabob.

For guests over the age of 21 years a full service bar offers Speciality Wines and Cocktails, as well as Premium and Domestic Beer.
