Consisting of 160 spacious 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments, the resort has an air of peace and tranquility, yet is just a short drive to the theme parks & attractions. The community is made up of 8 buildings, each with 3 floors (stairs and lifts are available) and arranged in a circle around the resort Clubhouse and pool.




The resort centres around a large solar heated pool, around which is a spacious sun deck with plenty of comfy sun loungers and there is also a heated spa and sand volleyball court.



The attractive Clubhouse contains a comfortable lounge area with plenty of seating, flatscreen TV, kitchen area, games room and gym.

Less than a mile from Terrace Ridge are the Ovation Plaza and Shoppes at Reunion, containing a variety of shops and eateries including a Publix supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, Pizza Hut, Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds and a Chinese takeaway. Champions Gate Village is just a 5 minute drive away, offering further shopping and dining options, including Chili's and Subway.
