The Artist's Palette

The Artist's Palette is located inside the Carriage House at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa. It offers guests Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service.

This quick service eatery provides a good range of inexpensive tasty dishes, along with really good service.

As you enter this restaurant you will be dazzled by the bold lighting of many colours that hang from the ceilings, as well as the commissioned canvasses that have been painted by Laura Fayer, an artist from New York. There is a relatively peaceful ambience here with plenty of seating available inside the restaurant or if you prefer, sit on the patio overlooking the High Rock Spring Pool.

Many tables have small easels on them, along with paper and crayons, a nice addition that is sure to keep the kids happy!

Video screens display menu items at the ordering area, when you have made your choice the cast member will take your order from you. You will be given a numbered stand which along with any other items from the Bakery or Self-Serve Market area, you then head to the cashier.

The menu comprises Breakfast items served until 11am, then for Lunch and Dinner there are Gourmet Sandwiches, Flatbreads, Soups, Salads as well as 'Chef's Dinner Specials' after 5pm. Munch on the Lobster Club Sandwich , Saratoga Salad with Chicken, Barbecued Pork Flatbread or the Italian Hoagie - filled with salami, mortadella, ham, provolone, mixed greens, balsamic vinaigrette, red onion, pepperoncini and black olives served on a grilled ciabatta roll with chips or vegetable slaw.

Be sure to visit the in-store gift shop before you leave, although small it stocks Souvenir items for you to take home.
