The Disney Stars And Motor Car Parade
The Disney stars and motor cars parade was a procession of Disney characters in their own specially-designed cars that matched the theme of the characters they carried. Woody and Buzz’s car looked like Andy’s bed, Lilo and Stitch’s vehicle was decked out with palm trees and Hawaiian fare, and so on.
The parade was meant to be reminiscent of Hollywood motorcades where movie stars would be paraded down the street on their way to a movie premeire. But in this parade, all the stars were Disney stars
This parade had quite a catchy theme song, “Spotlight on a Dream.” Disney Stars and Motor Cars continued until 2008, when it was replaced by Block Party Bash. Stars
