Caricatures of famous faces grace the wood-panelled walls, inspired by the tradition of capturing the likenesses of luminaries that began in the original Brown Derby restaurant.

Open for lunch and dinner, The Hollywood Brown Derby's menu boasts selections such as the famous Brown Derby Cobb salad, created by the owner of the historic California Brown Derby, Bob Cobb, a variety of steak, seafood and poultry dishes, as well as an assortment of tempting desserts including another Brown Derby original, a light grapefruit cake with cream cheese icing.

For an enhanced dining experience, request wine pairings with your meal for Guests 21 years of age and over. The extensive wine list also offers bottle or wines by the glass. Cocktails are also available.
