The Kitchen restaurant located on the ground floor of Universal's Hard Rock Hotel serves a breakfast and dinner menu from 7-00am to 11-00pm.

You have the option of sitting indoor in the unique style kitchen restaurant with its cutlery fastened to a board display decor and famous suits of rock stars and memorabilia on the walls, there is also an area for the children “Kids Crib” with miniature tables and chairs where the children can watch cartoons and have a chill out on the bean bags. Your second option is to site in the outdoor area which is shaded by palm trees with a view of the pool area.

On selected evenings in the Kitchen they have Universal Character dinning from 6pm – 9pm.

The breakfast menu is served as a buffet style with fresh omelettes cooked to order by the chefs on the serving bar the buffet offers an array of breakfast items and unlimited coffee and juices.

The Lunch menu has a good choice of snacks and sandwiches plus the legendary “Kitchen Burger” they also have the Light Menu which is served from 3-5pm.

The Dinner menu has a good choice From the starters through to the kitchen classics and Main plates the wine menu has a good selection of wines but be warned they are a little on the expensive side.

The Dessert menu is something quite unique as they bring out a sample board which is in the shape of a guitar where you can see what you want to order we found this s great idea and very tempting even if you haven't got room for a dessert you are very tempted to order one so save some room.
