Tortilla Jo's

Tortilla Jo's is located by the House of Blues in the West Side area of Disney Springs. It is open daily for Lunch and Dinner Service. Hours are Sunday through to Thursday 11am to 10pm and Friday and Saturday 11am until 11pm.

This traditional Mexican restaurant provides dishes created by Executive Chef Jose Estrada, his culinary style is described as 'Very Simple, Very Strict, but with Bold Flavours'. The vast menu allows you to sample many of the popular authentic Mexican dishes.

The restaurant is highly rated and has a vibrant, lively atmosphere. It is extremely popular and is suitably appealing to all. It has seating available in the dining rooms and on the terraces offering fabulous views.

Why not begin with a starter of 'Tableside Guacamole' which is freshly prepared for you table side to your liking! You could add some Nachos to it, or try 'Jo's Favorites', a large platter of Chilmole ribs, Camarones Cremosas, Tings taquitos with a Rajas Con Crema Bean Dip. They also have Tortilla Soup and a selection of fresh Salads.

You will be spoilt for choice with menu options of Tacos, Fajitas, Quesedilla's, Burritos and Combination Plates.

Examples of Speciality dishes available are Jo's Carnitas, which comprises tender citrus-braised pork served with vegetarian black beans, Mexican red rice, pico de gallo, guacamole, chile torreados and freshly made hand-made corn tortillas, there's the Seafood del Mar Enchiladas or the Steak Ranchera, made with grilled marinated hanger steak on a bed of salsa ranchera.

Sweet offerings include Coconut Flan, Chocolate Torta served with spicy dark chocolate ice cream and raspberry sauce or the traditional Mexico City Bread Pudding, which is rum soaked pechuga bread served with caramel sauce and rum and raisin ice cream!

Patrons over the age of 21yrs can indulge with an authentic Margarita, or choose from one of the 100 different types of tequila that are on the menu.
