Villa Sorrento is a small peaceful and tranquil community of just 55 homes nestled amongst fragrant orange groves. The community is built in a Mediterranean style and has a balanced mix of residential and holiday homes. The locals are very welcoming and will make you feel part of the community giving you a real feel for American living.

The community is conveniently located just off US Highway 27 between Davenport and Haines City. It is only minutes from Junction 55 on Interstate 4, providing excellent travel links to all the resort excitement that Central Florida has to offer, be it Legoland, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, or further afield to the Kennedy Space Centre and the lovely beaches of both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. Not to mention the local beautiful parks, gardens, golf courses, lakes and nature areas just waiting to be explored.

Just a couple of minutes down the road are a 24hr Wal-mart supermarket along with a wide selection of take-outs and restaurants, including the famous family owned Manny’s Chop House. Another great family run establishment close by and well worth a visit is Webbs Candy Store, this place does the most amazing ice cream sundaes!

Then just further north up the road is the Posner Park shopping complex, offering a variety of shops - department stores, sports shops, shoe shops, electronics, supermarket, eateries, etc.

In addition to the usual theme park attractions the local area has so much to offer whether you are looking for adventure, relaxation, dining or just some retail therapy.
