Kennedy Space Centre in Launch period

Hi, trying to plan a day at KSC, the launch period covers the dates we were going to go, between 6th and 9th July, if the launch doesn't happen on July 1st and overlaps to one of these dates does that mean we won't be able to go then? Will we just have to wait and see and keep our eyes on the news? Thanks Rach

Launches are always subject to change and unanticipated delays. For updated information, please visit www.ksc.nasa.gov, the shuttle launch schedule, or call1-877-893-NASA (6272) for KSC launch status report.

All prices and exhibits are subject to change and tour routes may be altered or closed due to operational requirements or launch preparation. On launch day, the KSC tour may not be operational. Please call one week prior to launch for exact operating hours.

I'd suggest you use the phone number if they change the date!! You don't need to buy the visitor tickets online - we've always bought them on site.

Don't know how long you are out there for but the landing is scheduled for 13/14th July.
