OK i'm in trouble again

Once we had made our booking we ordered our 14 day passes from Disney. Then having been a bit freaked out by reports of our hotel we changed which means we are going later (30th December).

Now panicking that the passes we ordered will not be valid in 2007.

Does anybody have an e-mail for Disney, I've hunted on the site but can only find a phone number

Under the new disney rules your ticket must be first used before the 31st
december 06.However I am certain if you go to any guest relation window
they will giveyou a Credit for your tickets and supply 2007tickets which will
be at a higher price.

Phoned today. I was told that our tickets ARE valid and have no expiry date :confused2 yet I'm sure I read here somewhere (other than James above) that they expire on 31st December :erm:

Oh well, I'm feeling a little happier anyway - thanks for the help you guys

If your tickets expire they will state this on the ticket normally, eg- expires 14 days after first use or expires 30 dec 2006 etc, if this is not on there then they prob dont expire.

:confused2 it gets worse, the booking confirmation says this :

Valid for 14 days from day of first use.

And the lady on the phone told me the same thing. But then tonight i've come home to an e-mail which says this

Thank you for your email. We can send tickets out which will not have the date stamp on 31 December 2006 as long as the bookings are fully paid by End June 2006.

Many thanks
Walt Disney Travel Company UK & Ireland

On the confirmation e-mail I got when I first booked though it says

Balance Due: 06-OCT-06

As far as I understand it the current tickets have no expiry date. As of the end of June the new tickets issued will have exipry dates.

So that's probably why they are asking you to pay by the end of June. So that they can send them out without an exipry date.

My experience of Disney call centre staff is that they tend to say anything
to get rid of the caller. We find that if you visit any guest relation area the
staff are more than helpful.

How on earth do you buy tickets for early January if you can't buy 2007 tickets til 2007??

Where did this info come from please? I'd like to see the complete information ta

The change to Disney Tickets was published in the Orlando Sentinel arround
Easter,st the same time Disney announced that Ticket REsellers would be
closely watched.
