Hi all, we'r off soon and i was just about to buy tickets for seaworld, when i thought i'd ask your opinions. I already have 14 day pass for disney and 5 day pass for US/IOA, with seaworld as well, will this be too much?. we'r there for 16 nights, and are 2 adults and 2 children,(8 & 6), any advice would be very welcome.

We all loved seaworld, it was one of our favourite parks :) The advantage of having the 14 day Disney pass is that you wont need to kill yourselves trying to cover a whole park in one day, you can go first thing in the morning, leave by lunchtime when the crowds and heat are at their worst then go back later in the evening if you feel up to it or just come and go as you please. We only had a 7 day ticket and felt as if we had to cram as much in as possible, they were long hard days (but brilliant) The heat and humidity takes its toll on everyone pretty quickly and I cant fathom why people drag themselves round a park when they are hot tired and grumpy. I would rather do it the way you have with the tickets and feel like I had time to make the most of everything and enjoy it. :)

Cheers for that CBR600, how many half days/nights do you think seaworld needs to get the most out of it? We like to take our time taking in the atmosphere, taking pictures, shopping, eating, playing ect ect.

I think seaworld is a park that you can easily do in one full day, its a very relaxing park as your sat down most of the time watching shows, it isnt too big either so you dont get shattered trying to get around it. Its a good park to do either on your first day to get you acclimatised, or do it a day after you've done a really big tiring park like Magic Kingdom or Epcot :)

Seaworld is my favourite park, and most of it could easily be done in 1 day. Your kids are quite young, so will love Disney, but how much you do in IOA/US really depends if they like big rides/coasters. I personally could never go to Orlando and not visit Seaworld.

There is currently a promotion on with 20% off Seaworld tickets, enter the discount code pepsi on this page (http://commerce.4adventure.com/store/promotions.asp), choose seaworld and you will see an option to buy the 1 day ticket with 20% discount, prices $49.40 adult and $39.80 child + tax, so looking at around $189 or £103 and any charge your credit card co may add for a US Dollar transaction.

You then print out an eticket which you take to the ticket ofice at Seaworld and get your 1 day ticket, which you can then exchange for a ticket to give you 6 further consecutive days admission free (Seaworld Anytime) just in case you do want to come back again.

I think you'd get a lot out of a trip to Seaworld, especially given the ages of your children. We like to visit Seaworld at least a couple of times, we go one day making sure we see every show, and then re-visit just to wander round the other attractions and go on the rides. IMO Seaworld has a totally different atmosphere to the other parks, totally relaxing and a lot of fun!

Sea world is always our 1st park, it seems to get us upto speed to tackle Disney & Uni. Its an easier park as you mainly watch shows so you are sitting quite a lot and its not as big as the others. I would say you would only need a day at seaworld but it will be a good day and I would recommend dining with Shamu

never miss sea world. your kids will love it there if they have an ounce of interest towards animals.

as far as US and IOA if you plan it right you can get all the rides you want done by lunch time in each park then have a lazy afternoon, to get things done by lunch time you need to be banging on the door as soon as it opens, we did this at US and when we got there half an hour before opening the gates were open and everything was up and running. we asked how come it opened early they said that if there are people waiting and if the park is ready then they will open.

best thing to remember though is its a holiday so relax, have fun and enjoy it. if you miss things you can always go back next year

Seaworld is great, and the children will LOVE to feed the dolphins and the rays. Theshows are also good and it makes a good relaxing park day. It is also a park that does not seem to get as crowded as the others.
