Anyone stayed in Clermont?

Just wondering if anyone has stayed in Sunrise Lakes, Clermont? Got villa booked for next June and just curious as to how nice the area is, distance from the parks ect?

Not stayed there but i believe its a nice developement.My bank is in Clermont and i always think its a bit of a way down there. Around 25minutes to WDw i guess perhaps a bit more.

East & West Coast Beaches - 60 Mins

We stayed in Glenbrook last year which is literally a couple of minutes further up 27.
I would say that in Nov - Dec last year the times were:
WDW - 15-20 mins
Universal - 30 mins
I-Drive - 25 mins
Sea World and DC - 25 mins

These time are from December last year and without using the Osceola Parkway which would take some time off the trip top WDW.
