resturant recommendations please

just wondering where you think would be a good place to eat in both Downtown Disney and Citywalk. i generally end up in Planet Hollywood and Hardrock Cafe so any ideas and tips would be great

Have only ever eaten at Planet Holywood at Downtown ace no. one resteraunt,but was very pleasantly surprised when we eat at the NASCAR resteraunt at Universal near Citywalk,excelant service and racing good meal,sat upstairs on the balcony overlooking the park,great veiws of the park and people going by,and the lights at now vhange the whole scene!

We enjoyed Hard Rock Cafe.
We are trying House of Blues at DTD and Margaritaville at CityWalk next time. You can view the menus online. I will let you know what we think of them.

Not a restaurant as such but we had an excellent meal at the Wolfgang Puck express in marketplace (hastily arranged on a rainy night with the rainforest cafe having a wait of over two hours). It's a kind of counter service place but the food is good and plentiful.
Based on this experience I would imagine Wolfgang Puck in West Side DTD is good.

We enjoy HRC but not PH. Sounds starnge but it was a little "too" american for my liking.

I think i will go for Hard Rock i always like that an definately liking the sound of NASCAR martyboy. I agree with Fatlad never really have a wonderful meal in there and heard Wolfgun was supposed to be good. soozie i did the bubba gump experience in NY did you ever see the pic of the plate of food i had MASSIVE!!!! - Check my pics out. Is bubba gump open yet? if so where? Never thought of house of blues will check that out as well

Another vote for NASCAR cafe great food, great service and great atmosphere also not too expensive, we are revisiting on our next trip.

We like Wolfgang Pucks (the one opposite Virgin Megastore) and House of Blues in DTD. We've only ever tried HRC in Citywalk so can't help you there. Enjoy!
