Dine with Shamu

Hi all

Wonder if anyone can help me.

I have booked Dine with Shamu for October for a birthday treat for DH. I booked it over the phone (requesting front row seats for his birthday) and it is all paid for. :thumbs-up

My question is - I wasn't given a booking number, or sent a confirmation e-mail. When I get to the park and find out what time seating will be, will they want proof of identity? Am I expected to know my booking reference?

I don't want anything to go wrong :confused2

We did have a booking reference but I didn't need to give it at the parks. Just to be on the safe side though I'd call back, give them your name and date you booked and ask them to confirm the booking number.

PS - it was a great experience and well worth doing :)

I realised a few days later that I wasn't given a booking reference and just called them back and got it there and then but when we got there, we didn't need it at all.

Did you need to take ID with you?

When I did it online, I got a return confirmation email with a barcode on it to take to the restaurant. Suggest you get in touch with them and get yours.

We also got confirmation via email with a barcode. I would also get in touch just in case.
