Disney Tickets

Just picked up my MNSSHP tickets from the couriers yesterday. The thing is I had also asked Disney to send me three two day park tickets which they have charged me for and they were not in the packet. Phoned Disney to let them know and the reponse was 'are you sure they are not there' so I described what I had got. The CM went away for ages and then came back and said they should have been sent to me. She eventually agreed to 're-submit them to me'! I am crossing my fingers that they believe me and the CM deals with this as its rather expensive to phone the USA again and despite them being only 2 day park tickets it would be an even more expensive mistake. I have no receipt as they didnt email me one.

Anyone else had a similar experience. Thought Disney could be trusted!
