I have just booked to see this show in lieu of a sporting event, which just wasn't panning out for us!

Although, we might go see the last game of the season at the Yankee Stadium on Sunday 1st October.

A couple of questions that I hope aren't too :dopey: .......

Anyone seen spamalot in New York?, we have front balcony tickets, but I don't know how good they will be! Is the balcony so high that we will get a nose bleed?

Yankee stadium, October, will it be freezing if we sit high up (I'm guessing it will :Snow:

Is the Yankee Stadium the same as the Shea Stadium?

If so, here's a picture......brrrrr...better take your thermals in October! :D

You'll have a great time at Spamalot. I think all seats are OK. We had stalls seats, so can't comment on the balcony view, but I'm sure you'll see everything.

Have a great time - Heather

A slight aside (sorry), but does anyone know of any plans for Spamalot to come to the West End?

We had front balcony centre seats at very front, the balcony is quite a steep angle but of course this brings you very close to the stage and the view is superb, you can also see into the orchestra pit which can also be entertaining.
If you wait around the stage door afterwards the cast usually comes out to sign Playbills, autographs and stuff. Tim Curry was very friendly and had a lot of time for the fans as did David Hyde Pierce - the current actors are listed on the Spamalot website.

We saw it in April 2005 and really enjoyed it.

Book Now, Book Now, I booked for my husband as soon as the tickets came on sale. Got great seats, but they were selling out fast, some companies had hired the whole theatre out....

Good luck.

Maybe see you there .....x
