Theater of the Seas

Hi,

I am going to Florida next month and am trying to organise my boyfriend's birthday present. He has always wanted to swim with dolphins, and I have been looking at Theater of the Seas (we will be in Key Largo for 3 nights).

It says on the website that you can either book in person, or by phone. Anyone who has been before - did you book in advance? or did you just turn up one day?

Haven't tried that one but have been to the Dolphin Research Centre at Marathon and can highly recommend it. It's a scientific centre so not so commercial as some of the other centres. We had a great day there and will be going back next March for another visit. I liked the idea that we were supporting the research programmes. You can visit the website at www.dolphins.org
Would advise booking in advance probably for any of the dolphin swim places.

We were there last February. I phoned them up before hand and resereved our sealion swim. With these things it is always best to book before hand as they have limited spaces for the animal interactions.
