Hi, I've heard there is a site where you can get advance tickets for New York, Empire State building, Madame Tussauds etc...
Anyone know what it's called please?

Thanks
Sam

Have you tried the individual web-sites for the attractions. We booked our tickets online in advance for the Empire State Building - you just print them off. It saved us a lot of time as we were able to bypass the ticket queue inside the ESB.

but to be honest we purchased our tickets when we were out there which i never normally do. i got my empire state building one at the epsb and the skyride which is a similator (also when buying tickets for there make sure you ask for the very top cos they did not tell us and we did not get right to the top. Also did the helicopter ride and bought them at the information centre in timesquare.

hope that helps

We purchased our empire state building tickets when we were there - never had to queue as we went on a week day when its quieter. We booked our helicopter ride before we went from attraction tickets direct. We also booked a broadway show direct with the theatre. Everything else we just paid for over there as we weren't sure exactly what we wanted to do and how much time we would have. We spent time doing things that were free as well - like central park and we liked greenwich village so spent time there watching entertainment in the park (at weekends).

I purchased the tickets for Empire state and Top of the rock by printing off the e tickets they give you to save time the top of the rock was timed but the empire state you could go when ever you wanted.

The off broadway show I booked through Theatremania and just had to do will call at the box office. The sex and the city tour I printed off the tickets and handed them over to the tour guide. i found all this planning and booking ahead meant I didnt spend time queueing for stuff when i could go straight in, especially important on a short break I find.

I even booked one of the restaurants for a nice meals through opentable. how organised is that, it made for a successful trip doing a bit on the net before hand but NYC is brill

The new york pass http://www.newyorkpass.com/attractionsFullList.asp

has loads of free entries, queue jumpers(remember you queue "on-line" not in line in NYC) plenty of discounts and these come in 1,3 or 7 day cards

or the new york city pass

http://www.newyorkpass.com/attractionsFullList.asp

this is a pass for 6 different attractions and also great value(providing you'd actually go to most of these in the first place):wavey:
