Some1 said to me that it was only going to be in US this year does anyone know if this is true and if so any idea why?:erm: :omg: :(
Yes its just in USF this year, they like to alter the format each year, one year they had it in both parks but apprently it was not very good as there was too much walking and no atmosphere.

Is this definate and where did you hear it? The last 2 years in IOA have been superb for the layout of the different Islands and of course there was the appeal of doing the big rides as well. If it is in US the perhaps the parade will return which is something that has been sorely missed I feel.
Yes it's definite. It's clear from the park opening hours that USF closes earlier on the HHN nights, whereas IOA is open later.
Also it's been confirmed by Anna who works at US.
One of the reasons is apparently the parade. We saw it in 2004, and thought it was very good.
HHN doesn't really work across the two parks - there was too much "back stage" visible as you moved between the parks which really detracted from the claustrophobic horror-movie atmosphere of 2003 (IOA).

I think it was gd in ioa aswell but owell if they can scare me just as much i wont be complaining
HHN was originally at Universal but the last few years at IOA has just not worked out as well as they had hoped. There were too many "dead" spots and way too much walking. They are going back to their roots this year with the Sweet 16 party for HHN. Each house will represent a favorite house from the last 16 years. The classics houses and all the old Horror night icons such as the Director, Caretaker, and Eddie will be brought back and it really sounds exciting. The parade was talked about but with the 360 cinesphere premiering a brand new HHN show, I think the parade may be scrapped at least this year. This HHN is supposed to be the best of the best and I know I am really excited to see it return to Universal only.
