Hi

There is a number on the Disney Website for making advance reservations - give that a phone - sorry I cant remember it.

We did the Crystal Palace this year and its the best character buffet we have done so far - its great and the characters are round all the time. They also have a congo and my son was at the front leading it. The food is lush and soooooooo tasty - you will love this dining experience.

001 407 WDW-DINE

They will ask you what time you'd prefer and the number of people who are dining.

They will then provide you with a 10 ?? digit confirmation number which you should try and take with you.

Crystal Palace is one of our favourite character dining experiences, the character interaction is just great and the food is lovely too.

We went to the Crystal Palace (just last week, in fact) and really loved the food and the characters visited every table often and performed a little parade around the tabled every now and again with all the kids following them.

A word of warning though - we booked a table at City Hall when we go there in the morning and could only get a table at 9:10, which we were OK with because we thought, being a buffet, that we would be out in time for the fireworks (and we were). However, at about 8:00 we were getting tired, so we thought we would go and see if we could get in early. We checked in, and then spent the next hour watching people who turned up on spec getting a table within about 20 minutes. We were given our table at exactly 9:10!

So, if you do get a late reservation but want to turn up quite early, don't let them know you have a reservation until you know what the standby wait time is.

We also had diiner at the Liberty Tree Tavern. We thought that this was better for character interaction because there were more characters and the restaurant was smaller, so you got more time with them at each visit. The food was good there as well - especially the apple cobbler!!!!!!
