 hi there!

We normally go this time of year and although we have not done the MNSSHP yet, this year we are.

As we were leaving the parks last year, everyone going to this party who was arriving was all ready dressed up, it was great to see the effort people go to, I'm really looking forward to this night!!

Not long now......!!!!

we tend to eat first then DD goes and gets changed ...... this is from a practical point, that if she's in her costume she WILL spill food down it ..... or coke .... or both ...

so we eat then take the costume to the toilet and change there, before dropping the rucksack with her t shirt and shorts in a locker for the evening.

We are also eating at the Plaza at 4.40pm before MNSSHP, we had planned to bring costumes with us and change after our meal.

...But don't be put off if you don't want to go in costume because not *everybody* does. If you like it, it's fun. If you don't, you don't have to you will still have a great time.

do most of the adults get dressed up too!?

it's pretty evenly split on the evenings we've been there ... some go the whole nine yards, others just themed t-shirts and shorts, others regular park wear ...

basically whatever you are happy and comfortable in .... is the way to go.

Its a good atmosphere, we arrived dressed up, although I did have a problem getting in with my sword they had to get a supervisor to allow me in, even although they sell them in the parks, although the security supervisor did say to his staff "hey Zorro's one of the good guys";)

Both my DH and DS are going as Jack Sparrow, identical costumes. I am not sure what my daughter will go as (possibly a little devil, witch or Peter Pan). We just need to sort me out now, I was thinking about buying a costume over there for myself, not sure if worth leaving to chance???.

I was just wondering the same thing would we dress the girls or not. If we go to LTT then yes we probably will as they are going as Minnie and she should be there.
I haven't done anything about our costumes . Thinking we might buy when we get there or just buy a themed t shirt. Hate to be noticed it took me all my time to wear a wedding dress and have a photographer when we got married so I am in a bit of a quandry. Will leave it and see.
