We leave the day after Thanksgiving, 24th Nov, will we get to see any of the christmas parades and will the parks be done up with christmas decorations? :cool2:

The Christmas decs should be up at both Disney and Universal by then. Really lovely to see.

Just checked www.uescape.com and www.disneyworld.com - both have their Christmas events on from November (Universal from 13th) so you will be able to see both! Dont forget Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party at the Magic Kingdom - a ticketed event only available from Disney.

:wavey: Thanks, its was just the last time we left on Thanksgiving (a few years ago now) we never saw any christmassy things before that. (except of course the Christmas shop):D

Also dont miss the Osborne lights at MGM. No separate ticketed needed, just regular admission. Be there for when the lights are actually turned on at 6pm. It is quite a sight! :wavey:

:thumbs-up Thanks again. I must admit i read about the Osborne lights but did think you had to pay extra, and as there are only 4 adults going we didn't think it would be worth it. Will definately go now........poor DH will probably not agree but who's done all the organising ;)
