Upgading Disney tickets to Non Expiry

I have read on the Dibb that it is possible to pay to make the 14 day ultimate ticket a non expiry ticket.Can anyone advise me on how this is done and when you have to do it.We were there in May and only went to Disney 4 days out of the 14.My dd and i are going back in oct ,so was wondering if we could pay the extra or should we have done it before we left? Sorry if this is a wee bit long winded

Hi u can't upgrade the 14 day tix, its the 7 or 5 day tix u can upgrade, and it must be done before the expire:smile:
