Hi Everyone
I have booked a 7 seater van with US CAR Hire. I had requested right hand controls and a stow and go van. I got an email back from US Car Hire saying that dollar were not able to get me the hand controls fixed. I rang Dollar at orlando internaional airport yesterday, and got a very helpful woman on the phone. I explained what I had been told, and she said that all cars were able to have either left ot right hand controls without extra cost. I was then put thru to the oaklahoma head office where I spoke to a guy and he put all my requests down, and told me it was not a problem.Just wanted to share this info incase anyone needs it in the furture.
