Hi Dibbers
Just wanted to ask i read somwhere you can eat dinner before being let into see the Fantasmic show before everyone else. Is this true and if so where do you eat and how do i book? Sorry if its alot of questions at once:confused2

There are 3 restaurants participating in the Fantasmic Dinner Package - Hollywood and Vine (all you can eat buffet), Mama Melrose - Italian table service and The Brown Derby - most expensive table service. You need to book (ADR) a place and then you are given a pass to a "secret" entrance to the Fantasmic stadium - you can then turn up when you like and get in a reserved section to the right of the stadium for the show. I advise still getting there 20-25 mins ahead of time as the reserved section can fill up too.
There is no additional charge for the package - the meal costs are the same as if you ate there anyway.

You have to book at one of the 3 resturants by making a ADR,these open
180 days before.You book the package and your server gives you a Special
pass which allows you to enter the show at a special entrance,these leads
to a section of the show which is only open to diners,you do not get into
the show before anyone else,other people wishing to see the show have to
stand in line about 90 minutes before the show time.

Just to add you will need a credit card to book the Fantasmic Package, they will not charge your card unless you don't show up and haven't cancelled, there is a $10 charge for no-shows.

Does this then mean I could pay in cash when I get there or do I still have to pay with the credit card I used for the booking?

You can pay in cash. The CC is just to secure the booking. Incidently we booked an ADR over the phone but when we got there changed it at DTD booth as we didnt like the time offered (they are all early) and although the times left were limited over the phone there were loads of times at DTD booth. I think they must keep some back.

Fantasmic for us is the best show at Disney for atmosphere and everything and is a must do.
