View Full Version : Anyone stayed at the Fountains, I-Drive?
Hi DIbbers
Has anyone stayed at the fountains resort on south I-Drive, past seaworld.
Ive been offered a decent deal but have read some very mixed reviews on trip advisor, it seems like the place is part timeshare?
It looks lovely on the website, but they always do dont they!
Cheers

Dollar Bill and Jools own there and we have been lucky to stay with them. It is a lovely resort in a fantastic location. The villas are lovely and spacious.

We have owned at his resort since 1998 when it was run by Airtours. It is now owned by Bluegreen which is a Miami company, who have expanded the site from its original 3 buildings.
The Fountains is our favourite resort out of all we have stayed in. Our DS has just returned home today from 2 weeks there, we provided the points for him to stay the two weeks - we're so generous!
What sort of a deal did you get Alvin?
Any questions, just PM me.
Bill
It is a timeshare resot, but as far as I know the villas can be rented out if there are any avaialble.
My favourite thing has got to be the pool and surrounding area. The pool is both indoor and outdoor, with the outdoor part being closed when the wheather is poor or cold. This was ideal when we visited in January as we just used the indoor part.
The units themselves are spacious with good sized patios/balconies, big enough to house a table and 4 chairs and also 2 sun loungers.
If you have kids in tow there are lots of activities at the resort to keep them occupied. It's in a good location, at the quiet end of I-Drive very near to the Premium outlets and not far from Seaworld.

just discovered that TCD now offer The Fountains in their accomodation section. Very reasonable prices too.
