Sunset Lakes?

Has anyone stayed at Sunset Lakes? I'm interested in knowing whats its like.

Just got back from staying there and it is a brilliant location - feels like a million miles away from the parks but only 10 minutes using the Serberth Road short cut. If your villa is overlooking the lake you could expect views like this

Sunset Lakes is lovely and in a great position. From some balconies you can see the Disney fireworks I think.
