View Full Version : Disney Photopass Help Please
Hi
We got home a couple of weeks ago and we had a Photopass. There are loads of photos on it and we have the 31 days to decide what to do with them. We want them all but they are $12.99 each and this will be pretty expensive.
Is there a cheaper way to get them off the net? I remember seeing somewhere that they can be put onto a CD but i cant find anything about this? Any ideas?
Thanks all.

Have a funny feeling that the CD option was only available from Guest Services while you were still on site.
Not sure though, I'm sure someone on here will know though.
Must admit - they were expensive, but in our case, it was one of the few occasions where we were photographed as a couple, so it was worth getting a couple.
Can you pick a couple of favourites?
I wish we could but unfortuantly they all have a reason to be bought if you see what i mean. Obviously if i have to buy them off the site at the price quoted then that will have to be the case, i just wasnt sure if there was another way.
I hope it isnt only at guest services as that will be pretty annoying!!!

We bought the CD with well over 100 photos on it, for $99 plus tax which I thought was an amazing bargain. However, we bought it while we were still in Orlando, from the Kodak shop in Magic Kingdom. I am not sure if it's possible to order the CD once you are back home, but it might be worth an email to find out.

If you go to HELP at the bottom of the Photopass website, you will see a Photopass CD listing, it says this
Disney's PhotoPass CD
Get all of your photos on a CD! This product is not currently available on DisneyPhotoPass.com; however if you are interested in ordering, please visit this website for more information or to place an order online: http://www.register123.com/event/177271.
Please note that the CD will only contain the original images taken by our photographers; no modifications or edits made online at DisneyPhotoPass.com will appear on the CD. Also, your complete 16-digit PhotoPass ID number(s) are required in order to fulfill your request.
I clicked on that web address and it has a form to order a CD on it. It says you don't get any with autographs or other extras on it, which we DID get ordering onsite, but it still means you can get ALL your photos to print out later.
Thank you, i spent ages on that site checking everywhere to see if i could find it - everywhere except for help at the bottom!! Thanks

I did some more surfing and it would appear that Kodak have the rights to print all the photopass photos, and the photopass website is run by Kodak.
The CD service is offered by Disney itself and cuts out Kodak, so I guess that is why they aren't shouting about it on the main website.

the resolution of a screen image isn't good enough to print, the quality of the printer makes no difference if you have a low-res image. You could do a screen grab to view on your pc, but not to print.

They are ok upto 6" by 4" but not any bigger.
You used to be able to use Mozilla's Firefox and just right click and copy image as Disney never disabled the right click on Firefox.
