The sites I have used to get my other attraction tickets don't seem to have them

Yes, you can only get these direct from Disney. I ordered mine by phone a couple of weeks ago and they arrived to my UK address about 5 days later.

Yes they are, but only from the disney.com not disney.co.uk site.
