As we only have a week I imagine we'll only have time for 1 waterpark visit.

Not sure whether BB or TL are better suited to a bub?

I'm going to be contrary and say neither really.

Typhoon Lagoon's kids area has sand and a small stream running through - which is great for a toddling baby, and Blizzard Beach has a brilliant area with mini slides in it which are great for 2 year olds, but I can't see a non-walker getting much out of either if I am honest (and there aren't many places in Disney I would say that about)

Typhoon Lagoon has more areas suitable for a very young child. ( And for very old children too) ;)

Id agree typhoon lagoon as it has a more relaxed feeling.

I would say that Typhoon Lagoon would be better for a baby and I felt that Typhoon Lagoon was more for the kids and had a more relaxed feel. I prefer BB but Typhoon Lagoon has a lot for kids.

I like BB best for the 3-8years range as it has loads of things for them to do. Don't think a baby would get much out of it. I found my youngest son liked to eat the sand at TL

Thanks all for your help :) I wanted to take her somewhere for a little paddle and so she could watch the other children, she loves seeing them play. Do you know if I can take her in the lazy river? She loved the little one at Alton Towers waterpark :)

 Typhoon Lagoon for me, they have rings etc for floating around on, I swam behind my young niece and held her on, but I don't know how small your baby is. You have to be prepared for squirts of water every now and then which is wonderful and cooling for us adults but how a young baby would feel getting splashed I'm not sure. If you were careful you may be able to sit in the water's edge and be splashed in the lagoon, but I wouldn't advise you to wade out with a small child as the current can be pretty strong.

Typhoon Lagoon.

If you go in and turn to your left and walk round you'll come to the kid's part which has some sand and a very shallow pool, there is also a pagoda type shaded area.

Get there for opening though as it's very popular there.

WE took DS on the lazy river when he was 14 months, think you'll be fine.
