Well Mall @ Millenia you already said it....Cheescake Factory is the place.
Florida Mall has a food court with the usual fast food fare....you have KFC, Chick Fil-a, Subway, Taco Bell and your usual places serving chinese food, burgers etc...
Premium has a food court as well and now has an Anaelle & Hugo Cafe which i have heard good things about although never actually dined at myself!
Check out the sites of those 2 and see what catches your eye.

We have just returned and would thoroughly recommend Cheesecake Factory, we went there twice. Also the food court in Mall at Millenia is excellent and looks better than others we visited and is great for a lunch.

We enjoyed Ruby Tuesdays in Florida mall burgers are HUGE , also fresh salad bar we will def go again ,
Looking forward to the Cheescake Factory :tounge:
In Florida Mall food court there is (or used to be) a Chinese style eatery. The bourbon chicken is absolutely delicious, if you like sweet and sour. It's a must do for us when we're there.

There are a lot of restaurants in the car park or just across the street (Sand Lake Road side is the best option). There are Red Lobster, Outback, Olive Garden, Caraba's, a Mexican Place (name escapes me), etc. You won't be without choice that is for sure.

Be careful at Mall of Millenia. We went with the express intention of eating at the Cheesecake Factory, but was so tempted by the freebie food at the Food Court, that we ended up eating a huge plate of delicious Chinese food at a ridiculously low price. Can still taste the honey chicken now.......

Californian Pizza Kitchen at Florida Mall had excellant pizza's and salads. Pasta looked ok too.
The Cheesecake Factory at The Mall at Millenia is really good. The steak diane is gorgeous and they do a non-alcholic drink called a peach smoothie which is nectar in a glass. Scrummy yummy. They also have a Johnny Rockets there and the chinese food at the food court is lovely. The teriyaki chicken was delicious.
Also meant to say that they have a Lindor chocolate shop at The Mall at Millenia and they do those gorgeous round chocolates with different flavours. They do a cookies and cream one (which they don`t sell in the UK) and it was delicious. I shall be buying plenty of those in November. :-)
