Short break to save our sanity!

Some of you may remember me having a moan about my job yesterday:( , and have decided that we (me, DH, and 2 DDs) need to get away when we are all off for a week in October.:) I think the lack of a holiday this year has had an impact on the way I'm feeling, and hopefully a wee jaunt away would make me feel a whole lot better about things!;)
Heres the dilema..........do we eat more into our savings for Florida and have a visit to DLP for a fix of the magic, or do we try to do it on more on a budget and go for Blackpool or Legoland or the like?!?

To be honest do you not find that Blackpool is awfully expensive, as is Legoland? We have only been on two camping trips this year in order to save for wedding and Florida next year but those two trips cost well over £1000 between them!!! for camping, in my own bloody tent!!!

I've never been to either Legoland or Blackpool, but just thought they'd be a cheaper option! However your advice may just be the excuse I need to justify booking DLP....................!

If you are going to book DLP, is there any free nights or child places available on the Disneylandparis website...we looked into this and it was a lot cheaper than going in this country.
I know what you mean about lack of holiday, its takes so long to come around! I was quite ill when we went this year, so I dont feel like Ive been....and next years one doesnt seem like its getting any closer.....
DLP would do you a bit of good.....

Thanks Elaine! We have looked into it and got a fantastic deal with 25% off. Only 2 nights and 3 days, but just the little fix we need I think!;)
