Decided to weigh the bags of candy we got a t MNSSHP on 10th October and discovered we had carried 4kilos of candy home!!!
Thing was we didn't even really go out of our way to collect the candy you could have gone through as many times as you liked.
We have also eaten a fair bit having taken some to the parks the following week. I am going to sort through it and sort out the rubbish. Candy doesn't appear to be as good as stuff handed out at Seaworls Spooktacular. People we shared villa with had much nicer candy from there.
Sometimes at MNSSHP all you got was bags of raisins. Not even chocolate ones!!!
I had bought sweets for Halloween but I need not have botheres we have enough candy to hand out to the whole village where we live!!

We also got loads of sweets. I didnt weigh the bags but we had 5 bags full to the top so they must have weighed a fair bit.

We also got lots of raisins.:( At one point a cast member was joking around with a trick or treat bag. He was standing right after one of the candy stations and holding his bag out for sweets. So as we passed by we gave him about 10 bags of raisins. He was thrilled. Not!!:pgig:

We got heaps too; unfortunately a lot of sweets with nuts in them so they are all getting passed onto a friend who is more than happy to take them off our hands!

We had 5 kilos between us and ate a lot on the night, we're not peanut fans and a lot of it seems to be peanut butter based. There was a lot of raisins and a lot of chocolate.

We left a huge bag for mousekeeping to enjoy.

Seaworld did have some nicer things, but not so much of it.

We also ate a fair bit as we had a week left after the party. A fair amount of it was wasted as well because the girls didn't like nuts. I am hoping little one can take the raisins into nursery at Halloween as I am sure they won't want to see another raisin till next year!!!
Hope you had a great birthday Lynn.
Had thought we might have bumped into you and Sharon On Saturday 14th while you were at Epcot but plans had to be changed as I had a very swollen foot most probably due to an insect bite!!
Can just get sjoes on today.
Look forward to everyone's trip report.

We found the Sea World candy superior to the Disney candy :D

They had gone to a lot of trouble making each stand have different sweeties and it was cool stuff like gummy pizzas, marshmallow burgers and even crayon candy at one stop!

The Disney stuff was nearly all peanut based (which I dont allow my kids, but I love, so it came to mama :D) and very samey.

I did like the chewy grape sweets though, whatever they were!

We bought back a full carrier bag full of sweets (and that was after leaving a pile for housekeeping and scoffing tons!).
