We are staying at Hampton Lake Villas in December, arrive at 2.30pm and don't pick the car up until the next day. I was just wondering if anyone new if there is a supermarket within walking distance to get the essentials (i.e. bread, milk etc).

Thanks:wave:

Stayed here in June and the nearest supermarket is on the otherside of the main road. will take 10/15 mins to reach if walking, quite a dangerous road to cross tho at times!!1

If you have organised a transfer through Quicksilver or similar they will stop at the supermarket for you to do a 30 minute shop.

I leave a welcome pack for my guests on arrival, but my management company will get any extras if required, can you not organise this?

I was going to suggest the same as SF arrange for who ever is taking you to the villa to stop at the local supermarket for half an hour so that you can get the basics in.

I really wouldnt try walking to the supermarket from Hampton Lakes the US 27 is a very busy road and they dont cater for predestrians along this stretch like the other have said get your transport to stop off and get some shopping on the way to the villa it would be much safer apart from that you will love Hampton Lakes we have stayed there twice and really enjoyed ourselves have a great holiday
