Stars at MK?

My DD has been watching loads of video's on youtube as she has always followed the Backstreet boys from before they where known she hunts for things they have done that she may of missed. On going through the site she found Nick Carter singing at christmas on the stage in front of the castle at MK.
Do stars still do christmas shows or was it just a promotional thing?
