Disney Golf Courses?

DH wants to play a few rounds of golf when we go next time.

We will be staying at Saratoga and I know the LBV golf course is right next door, does anyone know if this is a Disney owned course?

Also can anyone recommend a Disney course to play (he's okay but not a fantastic golfer, wants something challenging but not too heavy going!)

And can you hire clubs out there?

To answer your questions in no particular order treacle, here goes:

Yes clubs can be hired at the Disney courses, (LBV, Palm, Magnolia, Osprey Ridge, Eagle Pines, Oak Trail (9 hole walking course))

Yes LBV is owned by Disney

Palm and Magnolia are probably the hardest courses, but none of them are easy!!!! Its a case of taking your time and hoping for the best.

As DVC members you are entiltled to join the disney golf club, which gives discounts for DVC members on green fees. Have a look at the member perks page of dvcmember.
