Finally back on the forum after several months away due to our car accident in Florida this year.

Now everybody has recovered have decided to book again for next year.

Going with friends and the travel agent has put us in a villa at Windsor Palms.
Has anyone stayed here before and can give me some advice as to what it is like.

Thanks

Helen

Weve stayed at palms and hills but we prefer Windsor palms as its more established, has its own cinema, clubhouse and store. Its also central to many shops i.e outback, supermarket&denim store.
Its also very near to disney.
You wont be dissapointed if you stay there as the villas are very nice, your estate agent made a very good choice for you.
The only reason why we are not staying there this year is because we got a very good deal for our villa in windsor hills.

we have stayed in windor palms (august 2003). it was our first villa experience and we loved it. the villa we had was close to other villas but we didnt care, we are not the type to skinny dip. the estate felt safe as it is a gated comunity and the estate pool was huge. we didnt use it of the other facilitied as we had all we needed in the villa. we did drive down there this year and it has changed alot, even the entrance has changed due to a new road been built. also with the serbeth road now useable the route into disney should be even easier. there is a supermarket and shops/resturants in the entrance to the route to windsor palms which enables you to get most of what you need

We stayed at Winsor Palms & we would choose to stay there again.

My kids loved the games room on a wet afternoon on our breaks from the parks. They didn't watch any movies though.

As said before the pool was large & clean but again we didn't use it as we had one at the villa. Never saw it busy though!

One night we had pizzas delivered to the villa which the kids enjoyed. They were huge! We go t the tel number from a leaflet from the on-site shop. I think the firm we used were called Papa Johns.

We stayed in Windsor Palms this August and loved it - so near to the
Sherbeth Road shortcut to Disney - took approx 10 minutes to get from Villa to Animal Kingdom

Our first trip to Florida, we stayed at Windsor Palms. It was excellent!

The cinema was very good.
