We are planning our next visit to WDW for May 07 and are hoping to stay at VWL in a studio for 6 nights then BCV in a 1br for 4 nights. Does anyone have any info on either resort please?
Also, how is the weather and crowds in the first 2 weeks of May?

Hi Ian Welcome back :wavey:

We are staying at VWL (in a 1 bed) over Christmas so I'll report back when we get home.

Hope you had a great trip and will be posting trippies :d:

We love BCV Ian. Not sure if it's true but we have been told 1 bedrooms are the hardest to get....fantastic space wise and a great resort.

Ollie, a dibber is staying in a studio at vwl at the moment, I have asked him for some photos on his return.
We are staying in one next sept, so you will be there before us.
We are just in the process of buying into vwl, dvc. We really like the feel of this resort. Have a look Here (http://dvc.disney.go.com/dvc/guest/resorts/resortDetail?id=ProspectsVillasAtWildernessLodgeRe sortLandingPage) for a taster :)

Hi,

We stayed for 14 nights in a 1 bedroom villa at the Villas at the Wilderness Lodge in July of this year. The villas are great, we enjoyed the extra space(compared to the Lodge rooms) and the quiet pool. The Lodge is just next door if you like things a little busier.

One thing to watch out for, you don't want to be assigned a room at the end of the building on the side opposite the pool as they overlook the area where the dustbin lorries pick up.

Hope this helps.

Cheers.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll request a room away from the rubbish bins:thumbs-up
