Can anyone give me an approximate price at the gate for MK and Epcot tickets?

Very expensive for one-day one-park tickets - a Magic Your Way base ticket costs $71.36 adult / $59.64 child, unless WDW have gone and put them up again. They get cheaper with multi-day options, but then you'll need to think about adding park-hopping facilities too, and maybe water parks too...

Normally, unless you only plan on spending a couple of days at Disney, pre-buying tickets in the UK is cheaper.

Ok - well we probably plan doing EPCOT one day, MK one day and TL one day so may be the way we have to go.
